Redemption flow
•This is an e-redemption product. Customers can download the redemption letter in the "My Orders" section after the order is confirmed.
•Customers must present the redemption code in the redemption letter to pay for the remaining balance and redeem the product at the csl Mong Kok pickup point (Address: Shop 8, G/F & 1/F, Sun Kong House,2J - Q Sai Yeung Choi Street South).
•csl online shop reserves the right of final determination in the event of dispute regarding the purchased product or redeeming the product.
Terms and Conditions
1.Customers must redeem the product at the csl Mong Kok pickup point (Address: Shop 8, G/F & 1/F, Sun Kong House, 2J - Q Sai Yeung Choi Street South) within 7 days from the date of purchase using the redemption code in the redemption letter.
2.The quantity of products available for redemption is limited and subject to stock availability at the pickup point.
3.Each redemption code can only be used to redeem one product.
4.Under no circumstances can any redemption code be converted, exchanged, or redeemed for cash, reused, refunded, resold, exchanged, or transferred for value or substituted for any other products or services.
5.CSL Mobile Limited ("CSL") reserves the right to change or cancel this offer and/or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

These Removal Service Terms and Conditions only apply when you purchase regulated electrical appliances in Hong Kong, to be delivered to an address in Hong Kong, under the Producer Eco-responsibility Ordinance (Cap. 603).
