Redemption flow

This is an e-redemption product. Customers can download the redemption letter in the "My Orders" section after the order is confirmed.
Customers must present the redemption code in the redemption letter to redeem the product at the csl Mong Kok pickup point (Address: Shop 8, G/F & 1/F, Sun Kong House, 2J - Q Sai Yeung Choi Street South).
csl online shop reserves the right of final determination in the event of dispute regarding the purchased product or redeeming the product.

Customers must redeem the product at the csl Mong Kok pickup point within 7 days from the date of purchase using the redemption code in the redemption letter.
