  • “Dedicated APAC 24-Hour Data Pass” is valid for 180 days from the day of activation. If you do not activate your “Dedicated APAC 24-Hour Data Pass” within that 180-day validity period, any unused data entitlement will be forfeited, and you will not be compensated in any way.
  • You may subscribe more than one “Dedicated APAC 24-Hour Data Pass”. All the Data Passes in “Dedicated APAC 24-Hour Data Pass” will be valid until card validity, you may use the Mobile Data usage included in all the Data Passes at any time during the extended validity period. 
  • “Dedicated APAC 24-Hour Data Pass” will automatically be activated upon your arrival at the applicable destination and is valid for 24 hours after activation. Charges are calculated per one day per each applicable destination. “One day” means 24 hours from activation of your roaming pass. If you visit 2 applicable destinations within 24 hours, one day of charges will be deducted accordingly in each dedicated Data Pass.
  • When your data roaming usage of each “Dedicated APAC 24-Hour Data Pass” reached 500MB, the data transmission speed will be capped at 512kbps for that day. But tethering, streaming, FTP, VoIP and P2P applications (incl. BitTorrent) will not be supported. CSL Mobile Limited complies with OFCA’s Guidelines for the Implementation of Fair Usage Policy for the Provision of Mobile and Fixed Broadband Services and will not at any time cap your data network specification below 128kbps. You will receive an SMS notification once you have reached the fair usage level and the fair usage policy is in place. Actual speeds that customers experience are considerably less than the specifications and will be affected by the device used, locations, network conditions and other extraneous factors.

How to redeem eSIM

  1. After purchase, click “My Orders” >> choose your eSIM Order and click “View Order”
  2. Click “View E-Voucher”
  3. Use an eSIM-enabled device, according to the eSIM settings on your device and scan the eSIM QR code on the e-redemption letter. 


How to active eSIM 

**Warm Reminder: Please make sure your device supports eSIM before purchasing. If your device does not support receiving SMS, this eSIM service is temporarily unavailable.**

  • Connect to Wi-Fi and use an eSIM-enabled device, according to the eSIM settings on your device and scan the eSIM QR code on the e-redemption letter. (Activation code entry is not supported.)
  • After adding the eSIM, you will receive the SMS for Real-Name-Registration. You can click the link in the SMS to complete the Real-Name-Registration and activate the service.
  • Please activate the eSIM service within 60 days of purchase.
  • After activated the service, you can log in to csl APP to manage your account. The login name is the mobile number of your eSIM (the mobile number will be sent via SMS after activation), and dial “*111#” to get the password.

Redemption Period

The activation of this Prepaid SIM card (eSIM) is valid for 60 days from the date of purchase. Otherwise, the eSIM card QR Code will be invalid and will not be replaced or refunded.
