Terms of Warranty & Defective Products Replacement: 1) If the product requires installation service, please wait for the original factory staff to perform it. (If you unpack the box by yourself, there is no replacement for the defective products)
2) 7-day replacement guarantee: the company can guarantee replacement if the product is found to be malfunctioning or fails to operate normally within 7 days of delivery, and it is verified by the agent’s technicians. The replacement product must be returned together with the complete package, accessories, manual, the unfilled warranty card and gift.
3) The 7-day replacement guarantee does not apply to products with human damage, scratches and liquid damage.
4) The 7-day replacement guarantee does not apply to products that have been repaired.
5) The replacement criteria for TV / screen dead or bright spots are more than 5 points, and must be verified by the agent's technicians.
6) The serial number of the product and the receipt must be the same if customer want to enjoy the warranty or replacement service.
7) The warranty is provided by Samsung Hong Kong, please keep the receipt.
8) The company reserves all rights. Removal Service Terms and Conditions: A. Normal Removal Services 1) Applicable conditions: Customers who purchase regulated electrical appliances, including air conditioners, washing machines and refrigerators, as specified in the Producer Eco-Responsibility Ordinance, can request free removal service for the same type and quantity of used electrical appliances (only applicable to the same type of regulated electrical appliances*Note).
2) Location: Any premises in Hong Kong.
3) When to make request: a. When a customer signs the Record of Choice of Removal Service; or b. Customers can request removal service by calling us within 3 days after the transaction. Late request will be deemed as no requests for the removal service.
4) Timing of the removal service: a. Under normal circumstances, 3 working days are required for arranging the removal service. b. The old items at the customers’ designated locations will be removed on the date specified by the customers. c. No removal service is available on Sundays and public holidays.
5) Remarks: a. The removal service may be different from the delivery and installation service. The old items pending removal can be removed in advance or placed temporarily at the premises for collection later as appropriate. Customers can contact us for arrangement. b. The old items will not be returned once collected. c. The old items must stand-alone and be freed from other connections or obstacles. d. If the old items have serious hygiene issues (e.g. rancid foods, presence of cockroaches and ants, etc.), our staff will have the right not to remove such items, and there will be no more free removal service for the customers. e. Customers shall give no less than 3 working days' notice in respect of any request for change of delivery time, date and/or place. f. In the event of a Black Rainstorm Warning / Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above, the removal service will be suspended and rescheduled. g. The company shall not be liable for any delay, suspension or rescheduling due to traffic or adverse weather conditions or other factors. h. All personal data are for the purpose of arranging removal service for the old items only and the company shall comply fully with the obligations and requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486). i. In case of any disputes, the decision of the company shall be final.
Note Air conditioners - including single package type and split type air conditioners, air-cooled or air heated (or both), with a rated cooling capacity not exceeding 7.5 kilowatts (3HP). Washing machines - with a rated washing capacity not exceeding 10 kg. Refrigerators - with a total storage volume not exceeding 500 liters. Televisions - the size of its display screen not exceeding 100 inches (measured diagonally) Computers - generally including personal computer, desktop computer, tablet computer, laptop computer and notebook computer. Printers - not exceeding 30 kg in weight; one that can be used as a photocopier, facsimile transmitter or scanner is nevertheless regarded as a printer. Scanners - not exceeding 30 kg. Monitors - not having the function of storing electronic data or computing, the size of the display screen is not smaller than 5.5 inches (measured diagonally) but not exceeding 100 inches (measured diagonally).
B. Removal Services by the same day If the customer chooses for removal service by the same day, our company may arrange to collect the electrical appliances when delivery, the service charge will be HK$200 per unit. Note: The removal service must be identical to the shipping address. Delivery Service:
1) If the customer has placed an order, the company will contact the customer within 3 working days to make an appointment for delivery.
2) Delivery service will be suspended when the typhoon signal No.8 or above/ black rainstorm signal is hoisted. If the typhoon signal No.8 or above is cancelled, delivery service will be arranged on other day; if the black rainstorm signal is cancelled, the delivery service will be rescheduled by contacting costumer
3) We shall not liable for any delay or failure in delivering the product(s) caused by or resulting from accidents, traffic conditions, weather conditions or any other causes beyond our scope of control.
4) If you need to make any amendments to your order (such as delivery date, delivery time session or adding items, etc.), please inform us at least 3 working days (excluding Sunday and public holidays) in advance of the prior agreed date and time of delivery.
5) If you are unable to collect your products within 14 days after the order confirmation; or you have not provided us sufficient and precise instructions for delivery, we may: a) Keep the related products until the actual delivery date (Administrative fees will be waived for the first 90 days, after the storage fee will be HK$500, up to a maximum of 60 days); or b) Cancel your order and charge you any additional expenses and losses caused by insufficient and inaccurate information provided or your failure to receive the products; or c) Dispose of the unclaimed product in any way without any obligation or liability to you.
6) Excluded items: a) Dismantling of water pipe, gas pipe or electric wire b) Move or dismantle anything in customer's residence c) Products too large to be moved into / out from customer's residence
7) Delivery is from Monday to Saturday from 09:00 to 18:00 (No installation on SUN and P.H.), Schedule of Delivery as below: a) Hong Kong Island: Every Mon / Wed / Fri b) East Kowloon: Every Mon / Wed / Fri c) Sai Kung, Tseung Kwan O, Clear Water Bay: Every Mon / Wed / Fri d) West Kowloon: Every Tue / Thu / Sat e) New Territories (not included Sai Kung, Tseung Kwan O, Clear Water Bay): Every Tue / Thu / Sat f) Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay: Every Sat *There is no designated time. *There is no delivery to Islands district and restricted areas.
8) Additional Fee (To transport staff): a) Discovery Bay: HK$220* b) Kwun Yam Garden (Shatin), Mid-levels Maguigen Gap Road, Mount Austin Road: HK$200* c) Pathway to the destination (100m or above): HK$120 (Per Unit)* d) Staircase charges (Above 40" TV or Monitor, Refrigerator, Washing Machine, Soundbar, Air Dresser): HK$100 / 1 floor (Per Unit) (Counting from first floor (10 steps regarded as 1 floor) e) Staircase charges (40" or below TV or Monitor, Vacuums Cleaner): HK$50 / 1 floor (Per Unit) f) Second Delivery** (Above 40" TV or Monitor, Refrigerator, Washing Machine, Soundbar, Air Dresser): HK$150 (Per Unit) g) Second Delivery** (40" or below TV or Monitor, Vacuums Cleaner): HK$80 (Per Unit) * The actual charge depends on the situation, the transportation team reserves the right to make the final decision. **The waiting time for delivery is up to 15 minutes. If overtime, please an appointment for second delivery. Installation & Pre-sales site visit service:
1) If the products need Installation & Pre-sales site visit service, customer need to make the request during making the appointment for delivery.
2) Installation and Pre-sales site visit service: Every Mon to Sat: 11:00 – 19:00, no service on Sun and public holiday. (There is no designated time) a) Districts other than Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, Tung Chung & Outlying Island: Every Mon to Sat b) Ma Wan: Every Sat c) Discovery Bay: Every Thu / Sat d) Tung Chung: Every Mon / Thu / Sat e) Outlying Island*: Every Thu *Outlying Island district include Cheung Chau, Peng Chau, Lamma Island, Mui Wo, Tai O, Tung Ping Chau, Tap Mun, and Po Toi Island. If not mention above, please call 3698 4698 for enquiry. *Outlying Island district, please request installation and Pre-sales site visit services at least 3 working days in advance before Thursday. (If Thursday is public holiday, on-site visit will be postponed to next week) *Restricted area (if any) may need extra charge HK$300, please call for enquiry if need.

a) Above 40" TV Include Free Basic installation: i. Accessories, Packing and Exterior condition checking ii. Function check* iii. Function demonstration** iv. If the Samsung wall mount is purchased together with the TV, the TV can be installed on the wall for free. v. If the Samsung wall mount is a gift redeemed by the redemption center, you can enjoy the first free wall mount installation.
b) 40" or below Charge: HK$200 to provide Basic Stand Installation (Additional charge for district, Tung Chung / Ma Wan: $150, Discovery Bay / Outlaying Island: $300) i. Accessories, Packing and Exterior condition checking ii. Function check* iii. Function demonstration** iv. If the Samsung wall mount is purchased together with the TV, the TV can be installed on the wall for free. v. If the Samsung wall mount is a gift redeemed by the redemption center, it will cost HK$400 for wall mounting.
c) If the customer purchases more than one TV with 40" or below and 40" or above at the same time, all TVs are free for basic stand installation or wall installation. If the Samsung wall mount is a gift redeemed by the redemption center, it can also enjoy the first free wall installation.
Remark: i. Both TVs should be purchased at the same time and showed on the same invoice. ii. Both TVs must be installed at the same time & same address.
d) Lifestyle TV (32”-65”) Free either stand / studio stand / wall mount first time installation included: i. Accessories, Packing and Exterior condition checking ii. Function check* iii. Function demonstration** iv. If the Samsung wall mount is purchased together with the TV, the TV can be installed on the wall for free. v. If the Samsung wall mount is a gift redeemed by the redemption center, you can enjoy the first free wall mount installation.
e) Uninstallation All TVs are free to remove Samsung TVs from Samsung wall mounts (such as removing other brand TVs and wall mounts requires additional costs, please contact us separately.) Remark: f) *Function check: Power ON/OFF, TV channel scanning, Picture quality, Audio quality, Network connection test, External device connection (not include external device function test)
g) **Function demonstration: Remote control usage, Guide function, Switching input source, Subtitle, Smart view, App function, Software upgrade, Troubleshooting & maintenance tips
h) Wall mount installation limitation: i. Installation service will be provided for Samsung wall mount only. ii. This service shall not include any cabling, conduit and trunking works. If in-wall wire concealment is required, the customer shall be, at its own cost, make such arrangement. iii. Install less than 7 feet height from floor to TV / soundbar top. iv. 55" or above TV must be installed on main walls and load-bearing walls: cement, solid brick thickness > 200mm & wood plate thickness > 17mm. Non-load bearing walls are not suitable for wall mount installation. v. Feature walls, for examples, marble wall, cultured stone wall and tile may not suitable for wall mount installation.
i) Uninstallation limitation: i. Dismantle over 7 feet height from floor to unit top need site measurement and quote separately. ii. Customer should provide stairs, if cannot provide need extra delivery cost for stairs.
4) Pre-sales site visit Charge: 65" or above TV Charge: HK$200 (Additional charges for below districts: Tung Chung / Ma Wan: HK$150, Discovery Bay / Outlying Island: HK$300)
*This additional installation charge will be collected on-site by the installation team *Samsung reserves the right to alter any content without notice.
