Terms of Warranty & Defective Products Replacement:
1) If the product requires installation service, please wait for the original factory staff to perform it. (If you unpack the box by yourself, there is no replacement for the defective products)
2) 7-day replacement guarantee: the company can guarantee replacement if the product is found to be malfunctioning or fails to operate normally within 7 days of delivery, and it is verified by the agent’s technicians. The replacement product must be returned together with the complete package, accessories, manual, the unfilled warranty card and gift
3) The 7-day replacement guarantee does not apply to products with human damage, scratches and liquid damage.
4) The 7-day replacement guarantee does not apply to products that have been repaired.
5) The replacement criteria for TV / screen dead or bright spots are more than 5 points, and must be verified by the agent's technicians.
6) The serial number of the product and the receipt must be the same if customer want to enjoy the warranty or replacement service.
7) The warranty is provided by Samsung Hong Kong, please keep the receipt.
8) The company reserves all rights.
Removal Service Terms and Conditions:
1) Applicable conditions: Customers who purchase regulated electrical appliances, including air conditioners, washing machines and refrigerators, as specified in the Producer Eco-Responsibility Ordinance, can request free removal service for the same type and quantity of used electrical appliances (only applicable to the same type of regulated electrical appliances*Note).
2) Location: Any premises in Hong Kong.
3) When to make request:
a. When a customer signs the Record of Choice of Removal Service; or
b. Customers can request removal service by calling us within 3 days after the transaction. Late request will be deemed as no requests for the removal service.
4) Timing of the removal service:
a. Under normal circumstances, 3 working days are required for arranging the removal service.
b. The old items at the customers’ designated locations will be removed on the date specified by the customers.
c. No removal service is available on Sundays and public holidays.
5) Remarks:
a. The removal service may be different from the delivery and installation service. The old items pending removal can be removed in advance or placed temporarily at the premises for collection later as appropriate. Customers can contact us for arrangement.
b. The old items will not be returned once collected.
c. The old items must stand-alone and be freed from other connections or obstacles.
d. If the old items have serious hygiene issues (e.g. rancid foods, presence of cockroaches and ants, etc.), our staff will have the right not to remove such items, and there will be no more free removal service for the customers.
e. Customers shall give no less than 3 working days' notice in respect of any request for change of delivery time, date and/or place.
f. In the event of a Black Rainstorm Warning / Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above, the removal service will be suspended and rescheduled.
g. The company shall not be liable for any delay, suspension or rescheduling due to traffic or adverse weather conditions or other factors.
h. All personal data are for the purpose of arranging removal service for the old items only and the company shall comply fully with the obligations and requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486).
i. In case of any disputes, the decision of the company shall be final.
Note
Air conditioners - including single package type and split type air conditioners, air-cooled or air heated (or both), with a
rated cooling capacity not exceeding 7.5 kilowatts (3HP).
Washing machines - with a rated washing capacity not exceeding 10 kg.
Refrigerators - with a total storage volume not exceeding 500 liters.
Televisions - the size of its display screen not exceeding 100 inches (measured diagonally)
Computers - generally including personal computer, desktop computer, tablet computer, laptop computer and
notebook computer.
Printers - not exceeding 30 kg in weight; one that can be used as a photocopier, facsimile transmitter or scanner
is nevertheless regarded as a printer.
Scanners - not exceeding 30 kg.
Monitors - not having the function of storing electronic data or computing, the size of the display screen is not
smaller than 5.5 inches (measured diagonally) but not exceeding 100 inches (measured diagonally).
Samsung Delivery, Installation & Pre-sales site visit:
1) If the customer has placed an order, the company will contact the customer within 3 working days to make an appointment for delivery.
2) If the products need Installation & Pre-sales site visit service, customer need to make the installation request during making the appointment for delivery.
3) Delivery service: 11:00 – 18:00 (Mon to Sat), no delivery on Sun and public holiday. (There is no designated time)
The pre-site service must provide the customer information and model number two working days before.
The schedule for the following regions is as follows:
a) All districts (except Ma Wan/ Discovery Bay/ Tung Chung and outlying islands): Every Monday to Saturday
b) Ma Wan: Every Saturday
c) Discovery Bay: Every Thursday / Saturday
d) Tung Chung: Every Monday / Thursday / Saturday
e) Other Outlying Island*: No delivery service
4) Installation and Pre-sales site visit service: 11:00 – 19:00 (Mon to Sat), no service on Sun and public holiday. (There is no designated time)
The schedule for the following regions is as follows:
a. All districts (except Ma Wan/ Discovery Bay/ Tung Chung and outlying islands): Every Monday to Saturday
b. Ma Wan: Every Saturday
c. Discovery Bay: Every Thursday / Saturday
d. Tung Chung: Every Monday / Thursday / Saturday
e. Other Outlying Island*: Every Thursday
*Outlying Island district include Cheung Chau, Peng Chau, Lamma Island, Mui Wo, Tai O, Tung Ping Chau, Tap Mun, and Po Toi Island. If not mention above, please call for enquiry.
*Outlying Island district, please request installation and Pre-sales site visit services at least 3 working days in advance before Thursday. (If Thursday is public holiday, on-site visit will be postponed to next week)
*Restricted area (if any) may need extra charge HK$300, please call for enquiry if need.
5) Extra service and charge:
a. Extra delivery Service and charge: (This surcharge only accepts cash and is collected by the installation team on site)
i. 65"-79"TV:
Stairs Charge: HK$100 / floor for 1st ~ 100th Steps Charge
Every 12 steps charge 1 floor (min. 1 floor, for example 15 steps, delivery team will charge 2 floor)
ii. 80"-90"TV:
Stairs Charge: HK$200 / floor for 1st ~ 100th Steps Charge
Every 12 steps charge 1 floor (min. 1 floor, for example 15 steps, delivery team will charge 2 floor)
Remark:
• If there are over 4 steps before entering into your premises (i.e. stairs between ground floor and lift lobby, stairs at the street where must be passed through, etc), every 12 steps charge 1 floor. (min. 1 floor, for example 5 steps, 1 floor will be charged)
• If there are over 100 steps, quotation will be offered separately.
• If the stairs are circle ladder within the flat, stair charge as above will further add 50%.
• Standard stairs surcharge is only applicable for original packing delivery. Separate quotation will be offered for products which needs unpacking to enter premises.
Products will only be unpacked for delivery if customers sign a Disclaimer agreeing to be responsible themselves for any subsequent damages to the unpacked goods. After unpacked, customer need to check the product outlook and sign delivery note as receive confirmation before further move.
iii. Path Charge:
If there is small path before accessing delivery address from car park by walk, customer should pay Path Charge for every HK$50/ 50M after 50M. This Charge will be collected on-site by the delivery team.
For example: If < 50 meters = HK$0, > 50meters but < 100meters = HK$50, > 100M but <150M = HK$100,etc.
iv. Upgrade Disposal Charge and it’s arrangement:
If there is same day delivery and disposal request, Dealer have to remark the request at the time of ordering. Disposal service does not include dismantling old product. Please make sure to inform customer to remove any old machine electrical supply, water supply hose and drain hose BEFORE the delivery. Delivery team will not move or dismantle anything in customer's premises. Without the above conditions, disposal service will NOT be carried out at the time of delivery.

80" or above TV charges: HK$200 / unit
Remarks:
If there is lift up or down stairs/ small path during return way, surcharge will be collected as the newly purchased one.

Charge: HK$200 to provide Basic Stand Installation (Additional charge for district, Tung Chung / Ma Wan: $150, Discovery Bay / Outlaying Island: $300)

iv. If the Samsung wall mount is purchased together with the TV, the TV can be installed on the wall for free.

c. If the customer purchases more than one TV with 40" or below and 40" or above at the same time, all TVs are free for basic stand installation or wall installation. If the Samsung wall mount is a gift redeemed by the redemption center, it can also enjoy the first free wall installation.
Remark:
i. Both TVs should be purchased at the same time and showed on the same invoice.
ii. Both TVs must be installed at the same time & same address.
d. Lifestyle TV (32”-65”)
Free either stand / studio stand / wall mount first time installation included:

e. Uninstallation
All TVs are free to remove Samsung TVs from Samsung wall mounts (such as removing other brand TVs and wall mounts requires additional costs, please contact us separately.)

*Function check: Power ON/OFF, TV channel scanning, Picture quality, Audio quality, Network connection test, External device connection (not include external device function test)
**Function demonstration: Remote control usage, Guide function, Switching input source, Subtitle, Smart view, App function, Software upgrade, Troubleshooting & maintenance tips
f. Wall mount installation limitation:
i. Installation service will be provided for Samsung wall mount only.
ii. This service shall not include any cabling, conduit and trunking works. If in-wall wire concealment is required, the customer shall be, at its own cost, make such arrangement.
iii. Install less than 7 feet height from floor to TV / soundbar top.
iv. 55" or above TV must be installed on main walls and load-bearing walls: cement, solid brick thickness > 200mm & wood plate thickness > 17mm. Non-load bearing walls are not suitable for wall mount installation.
v. Feature walls, for examples, marble wall, cultured stone wall and tile may not suitable for wall mount installation.
g. Uninstallation limitation:
i. Dismantle over 7 feet height from floor to unit top need site measurement and quote separately.
ii. Customer should provide stairs, if cannot provide need extra delivery cost for stairs.
6) Pre-sales site visit Charge:
a. Below 65" TV
Charge: HK$200 (Additional charges for below districts: Tung Chung / Ma Wan: HK$150, Discovery Bay / Outlying Island: HK$300)
b. 65" or above TV (For 75” or above TV, we highly recommend pre-sales site visit for customer)
Charge: Free for 1st time, HK$200 per job for 2nd time or above
*This additional installation charge will be collected on-site by the installation team

These Removal Service Terms and Conditions only apply when you purchase regulated electrical appliances in Hong Kong, to be delivered to an address in Hong Kong, under the Producer Eco-responsibility Ordinance (Cap. 603).

Application & Selection
- a. When you purchase air conditioners, washing machines, refrigerators, televisions, computers, printers, scanners, monitors, dehumidifier and tumble dryer, you can request free statutory removal service for the same type and quantity of used electrical appliances. Note the following limitations:
Air conditioners Including single package type and split type air conditioners, air-cooled or air heated (or both), with a rated cooling capacity not exceeding 7.5 kilowatts (3HP) Washing machines With a rated washing capacity not exceeding 10 kg to not exceeding 15 kg Refrigerators With a total storage volume not exceeding 500 liters to not exceeding 900 litres Televisions The size of its display screen not exceeding 100 inches (measured diagonally) Computers Generally including personal computer, desktop computer, tablet computer, laptop computer and notebook computer Printers Not exceeding 30 kg in weight; one that can be used as a photocopier, facsimile transmitter or scanner is nevertheless regarded as a printer Scanners Not exceeding 30 kg Monitors Not having the function of storing electronic data or computing, the size of the display screen is not smaller than 5.5 inches (measured diagonally) but not exceeding 100 inches (measured diagonally). At the product and/or check out page, or upon being contacted by our Customer Service, you must choose from (i) free statutory removal service (delivery date of purchased electrical appliance different from removal date of used electrical appliance), (ii) decline free statutory removal service , (iii) where available, paid removal service (decline free statutory removal service), request delivery and removal on the same day, fee to be paid upon collection, or (iv) to be decided, will contact Customer Service within three (3) working days of purchase to request or decline free statutory removal service. If no reply is received by Customer Service within the three (3) working days period, you are deemed to have declined the removal service.
- c. Where you select (b)(i), (ii) or (iii) above but have a change of mind later on, you can contact Customer Service within three (3) working days of purchase to change your selection. Please note same day paid removal plan may not be available for selection.
- d. If you change your mind and decline the free statutory removal service upon delivery of the purchased electrical appliance, you will need to contact Customer Service to cancel the free removal service and we reserve the right to charge you an immediate removal fee.
- a. When you purchase air conditioners, washing machines, refrigerators, televisions, computers, printers, scanners, monitors, dehumidifier and tumble dryer, you can request free statutory removal service for the same type and quantity of used electrical appliances. Note the following limitations:

Timing of Free Removal Service
- a. Under normal circumstances, three (3) working days are required for arranging the free removal service.
- b. The old item(s) at your designated locations will be removed on the date arranged between you and the removal service provider.
- c. No removal service is available on Sundays and public holidays.

- a. The removal service may be different from the delivery and installation service. The old item(s) pending removal can be removed in advance or placed temporarily at the premises for collection later as appropriate.
- b. The old item(s) will not be returned once collected.

- i. In case of any disputes, our decision shall be final and conclusive.
